DESCRIPTION:Sunday\, August 2\, 2026\nRecovery: A Work in Progress\nLed by Sheila Jacobs \nMany families and their friends are affected by alcoholism. Join us as members of AA (Alcoholics Anonymous) and Al-Anon (Al-Anon Family Groups) share their experience\, strength\, and hope on their journeys using a free\, widely used self-help program. The only requirement for membership in AA is a desire to stop drinking alcohol\, and in Al-Anon\, having a friend or family member who is affected by alcoholism. Anonymity is an important principle of both programs; however\, our presenters are open about their recovery.  \n\nService begins at 10 am\, log in on Zoom from wherever you are this summer. \nZoom Gathering: Watch the Zoom service in person with other Murray members and friends on a large monitor in the Unity Room. Childcare will not be available for these Zoom Gatherings. \nWe are a certified Welcoming Congregation and Green Sanctuary
