Who is responsible for teaching morals?
Speak-Easy Discussion Group
The Speak-Easy Discussion Group will resume meeting for the 2023-2024 church year on Sunday, September 10 with the topic Who is responsible for teaching morals? Parents? Schools? Churches?
The Speak-Easy Discussion Group meets in Harmony Hall from 8:45 to 9:45 prior to the church service. All topics are discussed in a calm, non-threatening way. All views are welcome. Our Covenant states we should seek truth in love.
So bring a cup of coffee/tea and speak your mind and share your view.
Lifelong learning
Murray Church has a rich history of meaningful and inspiring Religious Education programming for adults — discussions, workshops, and other events that contribute to spiritual growth, lifelong religious learning, and a deep understanding of the world in which we live. These activities are organized and led by our Minister, our Director of Lifespan Religious Education, and members of our church.
