Opening up our pews

Nov 18, 2021 | COVID-19, News

Beginning this Sunday, November 21, the gold ribbons that limited by half the number of people sitting in a pew will be removed, allowing more folks to sit in our pews.

For our annual Thanksgiving Communion service, we ask that all maintain the 3’ social distancing between family/friend pods.  This is in accordance with the CDC guidelines.  A Communion of cornbread and cider will be served during the service.  We talked to the Board of Health about a safe way to perform this annual ritual.  You may not even notice the difference.

We still require masking and ask that you sanitize your hands as you enter the Sanctuary.  The reserved rows at the front that is directly in front of the pulpit will, as usual, be reserved for families with younger children.
