Sunday, August 2, 2026 Recovery: A Work in Progress Led by Sheila Jacobs Many families and their friends are affected by alcoholism. Join us as members of AA (Alcoholics Anonymous) and Al-Anon (Al-Anon Family Groups) share their experience, strength, and hope on their journeys using a free, widely used self-help program. The only requirement for membership in AA is a desire to stop drinking alcohol, and in Al-Anon, having a friend or family member who is affected by alcoholism. Anonymity is an important principle of both programs; however, our presenters are open about their recovery. Service begins at 10 am,…
