Murray UU Church’s mid-year meeting, Sunday, January 19, one of the key items on the agenda is the Contract to Call vote for Rev. Vern. Voting is open to all Murray members. To be considered a voting Murray member, a member must make a recorded contribution at any time before the mid-year meeting AND have signed the membership book by December 5th, 2024. Per the bylaws, no Zoom voting will be permitted. If you will be out of town and unable to attend in person, we have created a process for absentee voting similar to Massachusetts’ election process.
Qualified voting members can request a ballot by calling the church office at 508-222-0505. Ballots must be requested by no later than January 5th and returned by January 17th to the church office.
