Joy, as described by so many spiritual leaders and thinkers, is our birthright, a portal to our humanity and connection, a ballast and energizer to our quest for peace and fairness. And yet, joy can be elusive. How do we access joy? What is our daily, our hourly practice? Join Aubrey and Elwood in a delightful examination of joy and the role of warmheartedness, beauty, and humor in our lives, including “joy on the front lines” in this challenging, mortal world. Aubrey and Elwood hope their words and songs will leave you feeling rested, lighter-hearted, moved, and inspired

Based in Warren, Rhode Island, Aubrey Atwater and Elwood Donnelly have traveled extensively throughout the United States for thirty-five years, with occasional trips to Ireland, England, and Canada, to perform as well as discover their songs and dances one by one. They have produced nine books and fourteen recordings that receive international airplay, and were featured in a documentary by their son, Uriah Donnelly, titled “The Passion of Atwater-Donnelly.”

Service begins at 10 a.m. This is a hybrid service. Join us in the sanctuary or log on to Zoom from the comfort and safety of your own home to participate in our worship experience. Service ends at 11 a.m., followed by coffee and fellowship.
