Speak-Easy Discussion Group

The Speak-Easy Discussion Group is back.

The next meeting is on Sunday, February 23. The group meets on the second and the fourth Sundays of each month during the church year.  The time is from 8:45 am to 9:45 am in Harmony Hall.

The Topic: Destroying Democracy Through Religion

A discussion of Kimball Shinkoskey’s opinion piece in the January 30, 2025 edition of The Sun Chronicle, READ IT HERE. Kimball is the author of “Democracy and the Ten Commandments” and “Biblical Captivity: Aggression and Oppression in the Ancient World.” He is a Woods Cross, Utah resident, and a weekly contributor to The Sun Chronicle.

So bring a cup of coffee/tea, speak your mind, and share your views in a safe, non-threatening environment.
