The Spirituality of Flow

Led by Rev. Vernon F. Wright V

You ever had that moment when focusing on an art or craft project, or running down that country lane, or sailing across the wave-rippled pond, and time seemed to change, and you felt happy and free? That is what people call “flow”.

Join us this Sunday as we look at the science and spirituality of flow and think of ways of embracing it in our daily living. We may live in stressful times, but we all can let go and flow.

Service begins at 10 a.m. This is a hybrid service. Join us in the sanctuary or log on to Zoom from the comfort and safety of your own home to be a part of our worship experience. Service ends at 11 a.m. followed by coffee and fellowship.

We are a certified Welcoming Congregation and Green Sanctuary
