“Woke” Lovers

If you drove by the church sign on Monday, you probably saw that the sign said The Power of Zen Koans. On Tuesday, you probably saw that this had been changed to ‘Woke’ Lovers. Sometimes things occur in our community that demand a response.

Woke: A Young Poet’s Call to Justice is a collection of human rights poetry by several authors banned last week by the Martin Elementary School in North Attleboro. What does woke really mean?

Service begins at 10 a.m. This is a hybrid service. Join us in the sanctuary or log on to Zoom from the comfort and safety of your own home to be a part of our worship experience.
