“Ending the Cycle of Domestic Violence”
Do you secretly believe that domestic or sexual violence will never affect you and your family and friends? Think again. An estimated 1 in 4 women and 1 in 10 men of all ages, colors, orientations, educational and socioeconomic backgrounds will experience sexual and/or physical violence or stalking during their lifetime. How can we prevent abuse and support those in need? Hear the words of a survivor and a representative of New Hope. This service will be followed by a discussion from 11:15 a.m. – 11:45 a.m.
