WARRANT

for the Murray Unitarian Universalist Church’s Annual Meeting

Date: Sunday, May 18, 2025
Time: 11:30 am
Place: Unity Room, Non-Voting Zoom Available
Agenda: Church elections; Committee Chair Reports, the Church proposed operating budget and other issues the Executive Board may elect to discuss.
In-Person:  An in-person quorum is required to open the Annual Meeting. An in-person presence of ten percent of the voting membership shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of business.
Zoom:  Any friends, members or non-voting members of Murray Church are still welcome to attend the meeting and watch via Zoom as a live stream only. Remote participation, including voting and questions, will not be available. Zoom attendees are not counted as part of the quorum to start the meeting.

Voting Member Requirements

  • Be at least 16 years of age
  • Been a member for at least 45 days (have signed the membership book prior to April 3, 2025)
  • Have made a recorded financial contribution to the Church within the past 15 months
  • A voting member who has moved their permanent residence from the area, or become affiliated with another church, shall relinquish voting privileges, and shall be placed on an inactive list if, upon written inquiry by the Church, that person should fail to signify in writing the desire to continue as a voting member.
